P8 - automated check is for homepage and description, neither of which are covered by this (or any?) principle. Req: Provide a description with as much detail as possible. Review/changes needed: This check checks for a resolvable URL for a homepage and the presence or absence of a description, but does not check how much detail is included in the description. There is not a minimal documentation requirement, or a recommendation about where it should be kept. The principle itself needs some fleshing out before a clear determination is made.
