P12 - automated check misses a lot in terms of formatting, some of which could easily be added (for example, no underscores in class labels)

Req: (1) labels indicated with rdfs:label; (2) Single label per term; (3) No CamelCase or under_scores; (4) no rogue spaces; (5) must be unique within ontology Test: (1), (2), and (5) are checked Changes: Can add checks for (3) and (4).
