Request: add support for webhooks

I noticed there's a relatively new NPM (MIT licensed) that does this. This could help with understanding the required code.

This is something I am interested in adding at some point. However right now I am going to focus on getting 0.1.7 released. Once that is published I will look into adding webhook support shortly after.
