[Request] consider formattings (bold, italics, links, etc.)

Hi.

Would be nice if the bot considers formattings (bold, italics, links, etc.) in the description.

I already considered those, but any invalid markdown results in a broken poll (telegram completely rejects invalid markdown). If anyone comes up with a proper telegram markdown syntax validator, I'll gladly merge their PR :)
