Thought: convert to Hugo?

This is merely some out-loud thinking and personal wishes, I see that you've migrated to using Netlify for hosting, would you also be open to convert this from Pelican to using Hugo? I'd be interested in contributing this if there is a want. Some of the main benefits are

• Single binary, very fast
• Very active contributions and community
• Does optimizations on CSS/HTML when building the webpage plus image optimizations
• Also included in the Netlify build image
• Good support for using structured data to build websites

Though there are some cons

• The templating language is bad compared to Jinja
• Overhead for contributors if they are not used to it
