Thinkpad X13s MAC accidental spoofing / duplication

Hello, this is my first issue here so apologies if I am not following etiquette. I could not find a guide to issue creation.

The X13s has an issue where the MAC changes on every boot.

In order to mitigate this, it appears that the Wifi and BT MAC are being set to a fixed values via udev.

This becomes an issue in the case that multiple laptops have the same MAC. I think it would be better if the MAC was allowed to vary until the user sets it on their own.
