Add third-party status monitoring service
In the event that all our infrastructure goes down, we want to be notified as soon as possible.
It could be that our domain has expired. It could be that one of our partner decided to pull the plug. It could be that we got hacked really bad.
In any case, it would be nice to receive a SMS if that was the case.
StatusCake is configurable with Terraform and does basic HTTP polling type of checks. I will ask them if they offer a plan for Open Source projects so we can get access to sub-accounts.

https://uptimerobot.com/ provides free uptime checks every 5 minutes with alerts. I use it and it works well. You can also create a status page like https://stats.uptimerobot.com/g5RGpc1ON.
I haven't touched the NixOS infra in a long time now. Somebody else should probably take over.
