Event Purpose

We are planning to have NUG PL meetup on 23rd May, starting at 17.00 local time.

The main event will take place in Hackerspace Warsaw, but the stream will be available in Hackerspace Gdańsk and Hackerspace Poznań. We're planning on having a couple of talks related to Nix/NixOS in general, as well as some pizza and stickers with our logo.

Budget description

The budget will be spent on pizza for attendees. The plan is to have each hackerspace provided with 5 pizzas (maybe 7 in Warsaw); the average price for basic pizza should be around 40PLN; so let's say 17 pizzas (5 for Gdańsk, 5 for Poznań; 7 for Warsaw (as I expect most people to come there)); this totals up to 680 PLN; roughly 160EUR, so extra couple of EUR to cover the delivery cost would be great.

I'll organize the stickers by myself, already ordered them from local printing company.
