Could you add a template or tell us where we can define i18n? I'd like to translate this to dutch if you want :)

Will it find messages_nl.properties if the system locale is nl_NL?

I'd rather test, but I think it should. You can rename one of the available resource files to your locale and run FakeSMTP.
