[Feature]: Add version number to matnwb package and fill out was_generated_by in NWBFile

What would you like to see added to MatNWB?

Add a version number to matnwb, for example using a Contents.m file. Then add a mechanism where the was_generated_by field of the NWBFile is initialised with a value like 'matnwb vX.Y.Z'
