A broken TR link

I have verified that the link is broken, however, when I search '4338' in the search bar, I do see a document for the TR. The problem is that the document that is displayed is a link to the page from which this started in the NetAppDocs repository. It appears that the PDF that should have been displayed in the netapp.com link was replaced with a link to the NetAppDocs content.

How do we fix this? Is the original PDF content still available that can be restored on netapp.com?
