CVO tags no more created / updated on azure

Terraform 1.9.0 Netapp provider 24.5.0

Regression : used to work on the netapp provider 23.11.0

The tf code used to work is no more updating / creating old/new tags for a an existing CVO

• Tags are correctly created/updated on the resource group containing the CVO, on the azure disk of the azure VM corresponding to the CVO but not on the CVO itself
• No error is reported to terraform , the tf state is correctly updated as if the tags were correctly applied/updated on the CVO but on the VM corresponding to the CVO there strictly nothing done

Can you please run the it with debugging "TF_LOG=debug terraform apply" and send us the logs?

There is an issue on BlueXP backend side. The fix date will be around December.

The issue has been fixed in the bluexp backend version 3.9.47
