Improve html table rendering

Lokqldx can provide rudimentary html table rendering....

However, the styling is pretty basic due to my limited css experience. No doubt it is possible to improve this considerably.

The html composition is performed in https://github.com/NeilMacMullen/kusto-loco/blob/596f769d9a35ec0de71c89a68df0d56470572b15/libraries/Rendering/KustoResultRenderer.cs#L19

In the ideal case we would use a setting from the KustoSettingsProvider to allow the user to choose their favourite theme/styling.

For now, perhaps just remove the green and turquoise :) Leave the gray banding.
