Can ImagePicker be used to select videos from camera roll? If not, any suggestions?

Hello, I need to access camera roll to select a video to upload to Google Cloud. Currently, ImagePicker works, however, it only selects the first frame from a video.

Does it support selecting a video? If not, could you recommend a plugin to upload a video from Camera Roll?
