Explore button not responding #142

hey, what if we would link the CHAIBASA ENGINEERING COLLEGE website with the explore button? So that for more information about the college, we can directly send users there by hovering the button the green colour doesn't suit it so assign this task to me I would change it under the GSSOC'23.
