[FEATURE REQUEST] Adding a menu bar⚙️ in the navbar for the mobile view of the website

In the desktop/laptop view of the website, we can see the options present in the navbar. But when we shift to the mobile view, i.e. when the screen size decreases, the options don't appear. I am suggesting to add a menu bar in the mobile view of the website, such that on clicking on it all the navbar contents appear.
