Upgrade to OpenSSL 3.0 - request

While building the UUU tool locally we've found that this repository still relies on old OpenSSL 1.1 version and we just want to know is the upgrade to OpenSSL 3 in pipeline? When can we expect the update, if so?

I have not force openssl to 1.1 at https://github.com/nxp-imx/mfgtools/blob/master/libuuu/CMakeLists.txt

If not SSL, just https will not supported. Basic function should work.
