Borderlands Game of the Year edition (Not the GOTY Enhanced edition) doesn't render 3D view

Describe the bug

If you launch Borderlands GOTY with RTX Remix you won't see the 3D view of the game. Only the UI will be visible with trails. Also, Alt+X combo doesn't open up RTX Remix menu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Binaries folder in the game root
2. Make a shortcut to the Borderlands.exe and add a -windowed launch option
3. Launch the game
4. Observe UI bugs (no text rendered)
5. Click enter twice (you must already have a saved character)

Expected behavior

A 3D view of the game should work and Alt+X combo should open up RTX Remix menu.

According to https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Borderlands:_Game_of_the_Year_Enhanced this is a DX11 title which is, unfortunately, not expected to work with RTX Remix. Closing as WNF

This issue is for the Game of the Year edition released in 2010 which is using DirectX 9.0c. Not the GOTY Enhanced edition released in 2019. Yes this is confusing. Hopefully this can be reconsidered.
