Can the LLMs be accessed without the access tokens for building the guardrails?

Tried to see if there were any questions related to my issue in this github forum but could not locate one. My question is, if anybody who works for an enterprise and is not able to get the access tokens for accessing the LLMs from various providers, how do we go about accessing the LLMs for building the guardrails for a POC? Any help/pointers would be truly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Suma-Rajashankar ! On https://build.nvidia.com/explore/reasoning, you get access to a bunch of good models and you have some free credits for testing and building POCs. There are also other providers that provide some free credits.
