Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

nemoguardrails currently doesn't support langchain-core releases >= 0.4.0. LangChain is getting ready for their 1.0.0 release, and it would be great if nemoguardrails could at least start to support pre-release 1.0.0 versions. This would allow libraries that use both langchain-core and nemoguardrails to start the upgrade / testing process.
