update langchain to 0.0.141

This PR updates langchain to 0.0.141 which makes sure chain.arun() works!

Thanks for submitting this @unownone! This is now covered by https://github.com/NVIDIA/NeMo-Guardrails/commit/327da8a42d5f815d97e4123b7f23666674baf92f, which updates to the latest version as of today. This will be included in the next release.
