[Bug] Unable to play videos on Windows build

On version 1.8.3 after clicking on a video in Mobile UI mode it shows "Open in MPV". Clicking the button does nothing. On Desktop UI mode clicking on a video does nothing. I could not find any setting combination that would make it work. I'm running windows 10.0.19043

Yeah, videos don't work at all in 1.8.3 for windows, because desktop versions were released as-is and didn't have that much thought and testing put into them. In 2.0 there will be an inline player.

Not really a fix but the app works great with the windows subsystem for android
