I would love to get this service. even if data is not available, can you show us with sample data how to train the pretrained model with disease and symptoms data?

@SULAMBERT I found a dataset online that could potentially be converted to BRAT format and used to train a model with medaCy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/CBBresearch/Dogan/DISEASE/
