Add parsing of the EML non-bibtex citation types in the ProjectModel

The projectModel currently checks for and parses <bibtex> elements within <literatureCited> (see https://github.com/NCEAS/metacatui/commit/07c2d711e3f7d5e1f472bf3a783b6ad09e53997a). Parsing needs to be added for the other, non-bibtex, formats.
