Add ability to upload photographs and images of the data collection / project / methods along with metadata

Images can be featured in the UI in various ways, starting with embedded photographs in the EML display, like a data paper with figures.

These images can also be used in outreach initiatives such as in highlighted research on the website or twitter.

@robyngit I think this issue targeted display of these within the context of a dataset landing page/ data paper, rather than as a standalone portal. Should we reopen this?

Re-opening as this issue is not related to portals, but to display of EML 2.2 fields that allow for more complete narratives about datasets, their importance, and usage, collectively referred to as "data papers" (See https://github.com/NCEAS/eml/issues/269 and https://github.com/NCEAS/metacatui/issues/2501).

The plan is to port the portal rendering improvements into dataset landing pages and support the full richness of EML 2.2 fields. Images could be included via inline reference in markdown in any of the sections of the "paper", such as methods.
