Add more ways to specify geographic locations

The user should be able to add geographic locations in the following ways:

• [ ] Via an interactive map
• [ ] Uploading a .csv or .json file of coordinates
• [ ] Using degrees, minutes, seconds
• [ ] Using a lookup service to convert names, like country or continent names, into bounding box coordidnates

Excel: -would this be limited to a single sheet workbook? -would we use apache's POI library for extracting the data?
