Groups not consistently loading in HRs

Describe the bug Navigating to a group via a direct link or a fresh reload works fine. Navigating to a group via a profile page or other in-application link tends to produce a blank page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in
  2. Go to 'https://fwc.dataone.org/my-profile'
  3. Click on a group
  4. See error
  5. Refresh page
  6. Group loads fine

Expected behavior Group details should load ok using in-application links, rather than having to reload MetacatUI altogether.

Additional context Problem seems maybe to have arisen since the release of 2.34.0. Reports occurred after recent version upgrades.
