improve efficiency of entering people and organizations

At the ADC training, we reviewed and did a hands-on activity with the participants for submitting from the data form. They were concerned about the inefficiencies of having to add the same person multiple times for different roles, and the need to add the details for a person in a new data set when they were already added in prior data sets for the same or different projects . Participants strongly requested:

• [x] Ability to add the same person in multiple roles without re-entering their info
• [ ] Ability to add a person from a previously entered data set without re-entering their info
• [ ] Ability to add address and contact info for a new person from the same address/contact info from a previous person that they have entered

In addition, given that we are relying on ORCID, I would add the following additional feature requests:

• [ ] Given a name and/or email and/or ORCID, lookup their details in ORCID and auto-populate the fields for a selected ORCID entry
