Improved integration with WWSK GeoWebCache

Description

The WMSTiledImageLayer has been specifically coded to support the legacy Worldwind Server for map server integration. With the introduction of the WorldWind Server Kit (WWSK), updates are needed to better integrate with GeoWebCache used by GeoServer in the WWSK.

Currently the only way to get the GeoWebCache to function with Tiled Imagery. The URL has to be changed to directly go to the web cache url (/gws/service) and not use the direct integration feature of GeoServer, plus changing the version of the WMS from 1.3.0 --> 1.1.1.

In addition, the GeoServer direct integration requires the addition of the tiled="true" parameter to the URL.

WMTiledImageLayer should be configurable to support the legacy WMS WWS, but also be configurable to support the future WWSK.

Suggest the addition of two new configuration parameters, one for supporting the legacy WMS WWS and second one for controlling if the request should desire cached data (inclusion of the tiled parameter).
