BackupFile is being used by another process

when i was backup database (database is very big ,about 13G ),it sometimes happen the following error, when i set the ExportProgressChanged interval from 1min to 5min, This phenomenon has decreased,but sometimes also happen do you know this reason?
tips: when the database is small,it never happens.
