It would be wonderful if there would be a Docker image where someone could just mount a CD image or so for extracting & setup and then just run it.

Also the Dockerfile would be helpful to document the setup in general.

I'm sorry but I suppose I'm not gonna support this, for one thing I've never used Docker, and also the install process is quite tedious, in particular the conversion program is written for Windows, and I don't plan to rewrite it for Linux CLI :)

No problem but please keep it open, so that others or me can track this issue.

Besides from that the installation instructions look pretty much like Linux commands and you are even mentioning Ubuntu 18.04 as an example. :wink:
