feat: hide balance amounts

I'm not sure if this has been proposed or discussed in the past, but It think it would be useful to have some of the standard way to hide the balances when you are using the wallet, wdyt ?

The home screen will change a lot and only have balance in a small section at the top, perhaps paul could make that clickable to hide?
