Addition of typing speed

A normal notepad is already installed in most OS. So why not add new features like typing speed to add more fun to use. Assign it to me under hacktoberfest I can add a small area for that.

I would love to see this implemented, but typing speed depends on a specific time period. Maybe we should run the timer when user focused on the textarea, and pause when focus is taken away from textarea.
