Never faced this kind of issue. Can you tell me if XrmToolBox is located on a shared drive? I had seen some issues for this kind of storage

XrmToolBox is not in a shared drive. I put the Xmtoolbox into the download folder. I using the window 7 Operation System.

I guess this is the answer... not sure Windows 7 is able to run XrmToolBox

One thing, can you check if Windows Identity Framework feature is activated on your computer?
