Installer option for XrmToolBox

Since we're going to use AppVeyor maybe we can automatically create XTB installer as well? It's is totally ok to use XTB in 'portable' mode, but it would be also really nice to have an option to have installer, that will handle everything for user?

Yes, it would be.

I'm a little bit overflowed by all tasks to do...

First, make the whole solution build in AppVeyor which means, update EasyTranslator and MetadataDocumentGenerator to use OpenSource MS Office writers since I need to remove references to my personal license key for the currently used libraries.

Maybe you already stumbled upon Fake. A colleage of mine has provided some helpers for WiX. See https://fsharp.github.io/FAKE/wix.html
