when i start the xrm toolbox its showing error xrm toolbox is not yet initinalized and also when i open configuration toolbox its shwoing that xrm toolbox is not yet initialized wait few second i don't know whats problem but i try many methods and and also download and restart many time but found still same issue[BUG]

Did you delete before you downloaded, and clear out your plugins folder? Also, I would recommend putting your details in your bug, and give the subject a better name next time. I think @MscrmTools can get the gist, but no reason to make it hard on him:

This is generally a proxy issue. If you are behind a proxy, please configure it in XrmToolBox settings
