Tool to comment selected text in Toolbar

Hi @SmartManoj!

Please be more specific. What do you mean by "comment selected text"? Maybe you want to use r? It's a keyboard shortcut to copy the selected text into a new comment as a quote.

Almost all of those suggestions have already been implemented in GitHub Comment Enhancer - it's been deprecated, but I believe it still works.

They are all classified, sort of, on the main wiki page.

r is GitHub's built-in shortcut. It's working for me in Chrome (as you can see above), but if it's not working in your browser, then I would contact GitHub.
