AppCleaner 3 violates the winapp2.ini license

This software and the website associated with it make extensive use of winapp2.ini content without attribution. Not sure we can actually do much about this but I wanted to make note of it

@MoscaDotTo We also can close this, there probably is nothing, we can do about it. The only thing we could try and I assume you probably did, is to inform via email those people and tell them to attribute us somewhere.

No one will ever hire a lawyer, so we having this issue open seems to be unrelevant.
