turns out gomspace's site now works with HTTPS. other two sites are still dead (both have broken https and either default or error pages on HTTP

Current version (55cb722b261004203ef0085204b90186c052b8d8) works for me after a reboot on a Pi 3B v1.2 on the January 11th version of Raspberry Pi OS Lite.
