Hot reloading config without restarting proxy (without restarting workers) feature request

Basing on a user’s request, what do you think about the feature ? I guess the best way to implement it is throught website GUI or hotkey.

By the way, can you implement a feature that make workers to connect with average diff of the proxy (still varrdiff but not starting from minDiff). Here is the request on my repo https://github.com/bobbieltd/xmr-node-proxy/issues/8
