hello DEV Team i have a question what is that pool devshare.moneroocean.stream pool and why are there more shares than mine 1 | proxy | 2020-02-13 21: 42: 45: 149 +01: 00: Submitted 1 share (s) of 18165 hashes to pool.xmr.pt pool 1 | proxy | 2020-02-13 21: 42: 51: 266 +01: 00: Submitted 4 share (s) of 1000 hashes to devshare.moneroocean.stream pool

You need to multiply number of shares by hashes and compare hashrates. Should be around 1% by default.
