Bug: min/max brightness numbers are very off and sometimes glitchy

Steps to reproduce

I used fn+(up arrow/down arrow) and it changed my brightness, but the max and minimum numbers are broken. Even if I drag the slider it still glitches out

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expected min to be 0 or 1 and expected max to be 100, and not to glitch when i drag it manually

❌ Actual Behavior

Max was 70, min was 5, and buggs out sometimes

This has been a problem for a while now and even with updates it doesn't fix which is really annoying.

Yea I just noticed it is fixed as well, but my minimum is still 5 and not 0 or 1 which still makes no sense

I am also getting the same issue from my side as well.

Usually the brightness increases/decreases by a value of 10. But now the values are very off.

It limits itself at 20, and it doesn't go higher than that. And it gets more weird when manually dragged to a higher value.
