Bug: Tray icon reappears when changing screen resolution or restarting explorer.exe

Describe the bug: I have the tray icon for ModernFlyouts turned off. Whenever the screen resolution changes, the tray icon appears in my taskbar. Also, when I go to turn it off again, the switch is still off, so I have to turn it on and off again to re-disable it.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change the screen resolution
2. The tray icon will reappear in your taskbar

Not this method of reproducing this, but yes, I have experienced this issue (twice at that).

This issue also happens after restarting the Explorer.

I'm noticing this as well, although I did not experiment with the cause. I can say I have not changed resolution or restarted explorer. I have restarted my PC and logged out and in, and locked and unlocked my session. I don't know if the icon started showing back up after any particular event, but I wanted to mention things I have done since I have not otherwise changed resolution or restarted explorer.

This is still present to this day. Has the underlying root cause of this issue been discovered, or has this received no further attention ?
