Something I've just noticed is that this bug does not occur on my Windows 11 vm but only on my host Win10 Pro vm, meaning that whatever bug was introduced in Windows 10 was fixed in Windows 11. Props to Microsoft. However, I'm still going to fix this for Win10.

With build 0.10.0-beta.3 on Windows 11 22H2 OS Build 22621.2134 (Aug 2023 updates: KB5029263 ) the setting in Settings > General > "Run at startup" does nothing. That is, ModerFlyouts is NOT running on startup.

Workaround: Create a scheduled task to run on login.

I have found a workaround. If you restart explorer, then ModernFlyouts starts updating normally and you can open and close Spotify and it updates in real-time. I'm getting really close to what's causing the issue. @SupremeMedo

@war59312 I think I've fixed that in a recent pull-request so it should work if it gets accepted.

@SupremeMedo, I updated my PC to a new Windows 10 update that came out this month, and it started working. Try this. I'll still try implementing a fix for older versions though.

And reinstalling Windows then updating also avoids this bug. It's a really strange occurance.
