Homekit devices become unreachable every 4 hours

I use the homekit with 3 sensors DS18B20 and the device is no longer reachable in the homekit every 4 hours. It must then always be registered again. What could be the problem here?

Are you sure you have different serial numbers and all these accessory config details? HK can be nasty on those details. What do you mean with "registered"?
