How to use VF3 with multi node attributes

I want to use VF3 on PPI dataset. This dataset has a attribute dimension of 50 for each node. Can I use VF3 directly? If yes, how do I change my format. Or do I have to change this 50 dimensional attributes to 1 dimension?
