[DOCS]: LM Studio *is* usable for both embedder and LLM at the same time

Description

This page states that LM Studio cannot be both your LLM and your embedder. But I'm having pretty a great success with the combination of the two right now.

Maybe this was made possible in a a recent update for the LM Studio?
