Broken Sun&Moon (Occasional Stretch)

Are you aware that the sky's features such as the moon have been bugging out since 1.7.10, when viewed at an awkward angle the moon seems to stretch downwards and have black streaks across it, it jitters quite a bit and keeps taking new shapes. -UnlimatedStone9

Does it change shape when it's far from the horizon as well? I found that it often gets stretched around horizon because of miscalculated refraction - this one was hard to fix, though.

Modified the title a bit to fit in the issue. Sorry, but seems trivial as well - as it jitters occasionally in some cases.
