[24 Hours time format] - Sug. to Add Time Format to Region and Language Configuration

Hi, there is not an option to explicit use of 24 hours time format. Is a problem when you set a timestamp to reboot a server in Windows Update and when you set up appears in am/pm and is confusing, because I (and most of 24hs users) didn't now if 12am is on night time or is 12pm is on night???, the worst misstep will be rebooting in the middle of lunch... image image
