Progress bar for Roles & Features installations (or any installation)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is not a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have a progress bar at the bottom side of the page for Roles & Features where it can show if it is installing or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered I refresh the page to see if there is a checkmark so I can be sure it is installed.
